STid may send a replacement device before it has received the faulty device, under certain conditions:

Procedure:

  • Request an early replacement via sav@stid.com or directly with your sales representative.
  • STid validates the request
  • A new device is dispatched immediately.
  • You return the faulty device within 15 days.
  • If out of warranty, you will be charged for the new reader.
