STid may send a replacement device before it has received the faulty device, under certain conditions:
Procedure:
- Request an early replacement via sav@stid.com or directly with your sales representative.
- STid validates the request
- A new device is dispatched immediately.
- You return the faulty device within 15 days.
- If out of warranty, you will be charged for the new reader.
Ideal for urgent replacements!
