How do I place an order for STid products?

An order must be sent to the following email address: order@stid.com

Once the order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Standard delivery times are 4 weeks, unless the product is in stock (1 to 2 weeks).
In case of urgent order, mention it in your email, STid will try to adapt.

Note: Make sure your order contains the correct information (references, quantities, delivery address) to avoid any delays.
