1. Installation and Activation
Initial installation of SECard does not require an Internet connection.
The first time you use it, you will need to enter the encoder identification number (located on the back of the device). Once this step has been completed, the software can run independently.
2. Badge creation and reader configuration
All the main functions, such as creating user badges or configuring readers (via SCB or OCB), are available without an Internet connection.
The .pse configuration files can be created and saved locally on your PC.
