Return conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before returning.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Restocking fees apply:
- €5 per reader, with a minimum of €25 per return.
How to initiate a return?
- Send an email to STid sav : sav@stid.com
- Obtain an RMA number for authorization.
- Ship the product to the address provided by STid.
